Tier 1: In Your Corner
Who It’s For:
This is the perfect entry level for clients who aren’t yet sure the scope of support you’ll need, or already know the support you need will fluctuate month-to-month.
Whether you’re in a maintenance stage of your business, needing a little extra support as your realm is growing or want to delegate a task or two from your plate, I got you!
What You Get:
Each month you will receive 3 one-on-one hours and full access to my Office Hours.
Office Hours:
In addition to the focused one-on-one hours, clients at this level also have full access to my virtual office hours, held 3 hours each week via Zoom. (12 hours/month)
This is an opportunity to join me for scheduled working hours where you can focus on your projects and tasks with full access to me for support as you move them over the line.
Bring your work and use this time as a “study hall” with the bonus of having on-demand support, and bring any specific questions you want to go over with me during this time. There will be a sign-up list at the beginning of each session for questions and personalized support on a first come, first serve basis.
Investment:
This is a $200 monthly retainer due on the 1st of each month.
*1:1 hours are valid within a 4 week period, and must be utilized within that time. Rollover hours do not apply to this tier.
Tier 2: The Project Package
Who It’s For:
This level is for clients who are in a growth leap, as well as clients in Tier 1 who want to supplement hours during busier months.
What You Get:
10 hours of 1:1 support from me, which can be focused on a variety of projects including but not limited to:
Album/Single/Music Video Launch
Program/Course launch
Transitions in business, which may include:
Transitioning a website* (Squarespace, Wix, Leadpages)
Growing your audience
Starting a blog, podcast, social media or other internet presence
Setting up a scheduling system (Acuity)
Website Design/rebranding* (Squarespace)
Operating System Design for Commerce
*Estimated time will vary depending on the project, which will be defined upon our discovery call. See additional hours for rates on projects extending beyond the 10 hour allotment.
Investment:
$350, one-time purchase. Hours remain valid for 4 months after purchase date.
*Tracking hours (time spent answering emails and in correspondence) are accounted for at a 15min/day rate. Depending on the nature of your project and support needs, up to 1Hr/week may be allocated for tracking hours within your 10 hour package.
Additional Hours
Hours that exceed those purchased at your tier level will be billed at a $40/hr rate. Don’t hesitate to ask if you feel you’d like to make a unique arrangement based on your needs!
